After all the hype, the excitement and promotions ranging from exhibits featuring a 2 meter Ultimate Madoka to gigantic ad placements to itasha taxis to MMO appearances, it finally all boils down to this, the premiere night of Madoka Magica: The Rebellion Story – and boy, are fans charged up.
This third installment to the Madoka Magica movie series premiered yesterday, October 26, 2013 and in one particular theater in Shinjuku, known as Shinjuku Wald 9, movie-goers were given a special treat before the movie was shown.
The anime movie’s main voice cast, comprised of Aoi Yuuki (Madoka Kaname), Eri Kitamura (Sayaka Miki), Kaori Mizuhashi (Mami Tomoe), Ai Nonaka (Kyouko Sakura), Emiri Kato (Kyuubey) and Kana Asumi (Nagisa Momoe), were all present at the movie theater to greet the fans. The fans in turn were happy (for now) that they were able to see the Madoka Magica voice actresses.
The voice actresses even confessed that they really want to spoil what’s gonna happen in the movie but as they are professionals, they did not.
The movie has generated a whole lot of hype among the Madoka fandom and its clear that everybody is excited to go and watch, however knowing the nature of the movie’s script writer and the anime franchise entirely…
