With the steady success of its greatly hyped anime adaptation, The Irregular at Magic High School, also known as Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, ASCII Media Works manga magazine Dengeki Daioh g has started a new 4-panel slice of life comedy manga centered on the series two main characters – the Shiba siblings, Tatsuya and Miyuki.
Known as Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei 4-koma edition, this manga will be much different from the suspense-filled and action-packed original light novels as well as its anime and manga adaptations as it will focus more on the “normal” day-to-day lives of the Shiba siblings as they attend the National Magic University First Affiliate High School.
The manga will be written by Tamago with character designs by Naruto Shippuden and Mobile Suit Gundam 00 animator Kana Ishida. The manga is serialized in Dengeki Daioh g and its first chapter was released as part of the magazine’s 8th volume.
