The official Love Live! website has announced that the Bandai Collecor Division’s Tamashii Nations will be transforming the lovable μ’s school idols into articulated figure form for their SH FiguArts line.
A special teaser website has also been opened by Bandai just for Love Live! which means they are pretty darn serious about it. There is still no word on which school idol will be the first Love Live! SHFiguArts to be released.
Love Live!’s main “rival” series, The iDOLM@STER, has recently been adapted into articulated figure form by Max Factory’s figma series, however, Max Factory’s sister company, Good Smile Company, has recently launched a Love Live! line for their Nendoroid series.
So Love Live! fans, brace your wallets because with this steady stream of Love Live! merchandise, some wallets are guaranteed to go a bit dry, especially with Bandai’s SH FiguArts joining the fray.
