The official website of ufotable‘s upcoming Fate/ Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works anime has announced that Episode 0 “Prologue” and Episode 1 “Day of Winter, Night of Destiny”, will both be one hour long specials. The official website has also unveiled a new key visual for the series.
A new ad for the anime has also been streamed and it previews the two one-hour specials.
Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works will begin with Episode 0 which will premiere on October 4, 2014 while Episode 1 will be aired on October 11 in Japan. The anime will also be aired simultaneously in several countries around the world.
The anime will follow the Unlimited Blade Works route which focuses on Rin Tohsaka. An anime movie for Heaven’s Feel is also in the works.
