These are the Top 20 most attractive rich characters in anime according to Charapedia

In anime, just like the real world, sometimes money is power, and sometimes, several anime characters really have the power called money. But which of them is the one that fans find most attractive?

For this week’s poll, Japanese anime character database, Charapedia, has asked its readers which well-off anime character is the the most attractive, and 10,000 voters have responded. 48.1% of these voters are male while 51.9% are female. Here are the Top 20:

20) Suzuki Sonoko (Detective Conan)

19) Mikoto Misaka (A Certain series)

18) Nasuno Takamiya (Teekyu!)

17) Reiko Akimoto (Kochikame)

16) Ciel Phantomhive (Black Butler)

It seems like classic Shounen gag anime, KochiKame is still going strong despite its age, and its resident rich and young pretty boy-rookie, Keiichi, just upset a lot of big names in a list full of popular rich characters.

But when you think of rich anime characters, there is often the image of the posh and rich ojou-sama (rich girls), and for the #3 rank in this list, it is none other than THE ojou-sama, Nagi Sanzenin, whose ridiculous amount of money can sometimes be listed as her very own superpower. Batman and Iron Man, beware.

Aside from Nagi, only two other ojou-samas have made it in a top 10 filled with male characters, and they are Mugi, who is often ignorant of the ways of common people, and Maki, whose large vacation homes often mean nothing to her.

The list is also full of upsets as #6 ranked Kazuhiko Hanawa beats the likes of Maki, Ren Jinguji, and Tamaki, three very popular rich characters, while #10 ranked Suneo beats out none other than Asuna, who only ranked 11th
