With the new Haruhi Suzumiya series-spin-off anime, The Disappearance of Yuuki Nagato-chan, premiering this April 2015, the anime’s official website has now unveiled its new character designs and they truly look a whole lot different from the original series.

Wow, they really look different, huh? Now compare the new designs to the original anime’s designs.
The anime adaptation of The Disappearance of Yuuki Nagato-chan was announced in a very mysterious way last December 2013 when a cryptic message suddenly appeared on the Haruhi.tv website. It is set to premiere this April 2015 and is based on Puyo’s spin-off manga focusing on the Yuuki Nagato from “The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya” timeline where everybody is normal and Nagato is not an emotionless girl or kuudere.
