Yasuo Ohtagaki’s bestselling mecha manga, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, is finally getting a much-needed anime adaptation, and its very first PV has finally been posted thanks to Bandai Visual!
The video previews the Thunderbolt sector, and also features the main mecha of the anime, the Full Armor Gundam, piloted by Ensign Io Fleming.
Set in the One Year War between Zeon and the Earth Federation, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt follows the story of two ace pilots, one fighting for the Earth Federation, the other fighting for the Principality of Zeon. It is set in the Thunderbolt sector which contains numerous wrecks from ships and colonies.
