We are continuing our look at the upcoming Fall 2016 anime season, and after taking a look at some new anime titles which fans will be seeing for the first time next season, we are now taking a look at seven titles which are all titles which many of you might be familiar with.
These are all anime that are either new seasons, 2nd cours, remakes, or complete spin-offs of titles which we may all be familiar with. After a whole lot of arguing among ourselves, we’ve all agreed on these seven returning anime, and they are:
WWW.Working!!
We loved Working!, and were actually quite saddened when it ended, however, when we heard that the series’ spin-off web manga was also getting adapted, we were quite overjoyed with the news. Expect a whole lot of laughs from this series, which will be set in a different branch of the Wagnaria family restaurant.
Bungou Stray Dogs Season 2
After that cliffhanger of an ending to last season, we may finally get some answers with season 2, which will pick up where the first season ended. So, what will happen to our classic Japanese literary characters-turned-detectives? And how will they fare against the Americans? Looks like we will be finding out soon enough!
Sound! Euphonium Season 2
Kitauji High’s brass band is back, and after a tough road to the Regionals, they have finally made it to the National competition, however, trouble seems to be brewing along the way… again. But then again, we all know that Kyoto Animation will find a way…
Haikyuu!!: Karasuno High VS Shiratorizawa Academy
Is there any reason why we shouldn’t be excited about this third season of Haikyuu!!? The Karasuno boys are back, and they are really going to have their work cut out for them with a very formidable opponent.
Natsume’s Book of Friends Go
This anime has topped many online rankings in Japan as one of the most anticipated anime of next season, and with good reason, as many fans are just that excited to see Natsume and Nyanko-sensei at it again, and helping out their friends, humans and youkai alike.
Mobile Suit Gundam: The Iron Blooded Orphans Season 2
It’s Gundam, nuf said.
Brave Witches
We started with a spin-off, and now, we’re ending with a spin-off! As many of you guessed, Brave Witches is a spin-off of Strike Witches, and it follows a different international group of witches fighting against the Neuroi called the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing… AKA the Brave Witches. They are based in Orussia, and are actually quite infamous themselves.
