After returning from a 6-month hiatus last August 31, Hiromu Arakawa and her farming manga, Silver Spoon, will be going on another hiatus starting next issue.
The announcement was made in the pages of issue #43 of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine, which did not specify when the manga will return from hiatus. The magazine has asked fans to refer to future issues of the magazine, or the official website, for more information about when the manga will return.
This comes as Arakawa has just returned from a different hiatus, which lasted for more than six months, which started last February. Before this, Arakawa went on an 8-month hiatus before returning in January, and later going back on hiatus. The reason for her hiatuses have been the health of a family member, who she has been taking care of.
