An advance copy of Weekly Shounen Jump! magazine’s issue #51 will be announcing that Kizuku Watanabe and Jou Aoto’s Assassination Classroom spin-off manga, Koro-Sensei Quest, is getting adapted into an anime series.
In this spin-off manga, Koro-sensei is a demon lord, and the student of Class C must defeat him in order to save the world. More details about this anime adaptation is expected to be announced soon.
The announcement comes as the new Assassination Classroom Movie: 365 Days, is premiering in Japan this Saturday, and it also will be screening a special anime based on the spin-off manga. The anime series will be continuing the special episode, which was screened alongside the compilation movie.
