The US elections may be over (and yes, Trump won), but a new global election is brewing, and this time, it’s for Love Live! fans across the globe choosing which AQOURS member would be the best one to represent their country! Several countries will be participating in these elections, including Singapore, Thailand, China, UK, Germany, Australia, Taiwan, and the Empire of Trumpland United States.
According to the official website:
To meet the expectations of the fans around the world, Aqours will now take a leap outside of Japan to fly all over the world!
So first, let’s decide a poster girl for each region of the world, who will act as an ambassador to promote the show. Who among the nine members of Aqours becomes each region’s ambassador is completely up to your votes! Once the results are in, a new illustration will be drawn for each poster girl in connection with their related region. So let’s vote!
Voting period will be from November 19 – December 18, and each of the countries included in this election can vote for the AQOURS member who they feel would be best to represent them, and fortunately, Donald Trump certainly ain’t one of the choices. Fans voting cannot choose the same member more than once, and the voting website will be opening soon, so be ready to Make Love Live! Sunshine!! Great Again!
