In an unexpected partnership of sorts, Hollywood actress Milla Jovovich, best known for her roles in films such as The Fifth Element and the Resident Evil movie franchise, took on NJPW pro wrestler Kazuchika Okada… in a game of Cardfight! Vanguard.
That was actually a TV ad promoting the Bushiroad card game, with another one slated to premiere during episode 10 of Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT. Here is the behind-the-scenes video:
The actress also interviewed Bushiroad founder Takaaki Kidani in a new video:
Bushiroad has held a strong partnership with New Japan Pro Wrestling, and is even one of the sponsors for the NJPW event in Singapore, WRESTLING WORLD 2016 IN SINGAPORE, which was held in the country last month. Check out our interview with the “Rainmaker” himself through this link.
