The 11th episode the the 5th anime adaptation of Yuki Midorikawa’s Natsume’s Book of Friends ended on a high note, as they revealed that a 6th anime adaptation will be coming in 2017!
While the 5th anime is titled Natsume’s Book of Friends Go, the sixth will be officially titled Natsume’s Book of Friends Roku, or six. They did not announce when this new anime will be aired, but we do know that it’s coming up next year.
The anime follows a boy named Natsume, who can see youkai, and after he inherits his grandmother’s “Book of Friends” which captures youkai, he seeks out to help them, with the help of the cat youkai, madara, also known as Nyanko-sensei.
More details about this new anime will be revealed in the days to come.
